Btw, a gharial (or gavial) is a critically endangered member of the crocodilian family that lives in India, and they are the last remaining member of a family of creatures known as Gavialidae, rapidly losing their lives to habitat loss, pollution and poaching.

I’ve found very few bids to save them online; no petitions or specific conservation funds. The Gray wolf is now not only non-endangered, but common and even overpopulated in some areas. Yet which animal is it that people lose their absolute mind over, again?

Nobody seems to give a shit about the Elk population that’s suffering from the reintroduction of wolves either. they’re not mysterious or misunderstood enough I guess haha.

Shame about those Gharial though they’re such cute little shits :c

The coyotes have been over populating on my end of thing. They’ve become quite the problem for our elk and not to mention household pets.

I’ve seen packs of them about on the golf courses ha ha ha
